I offer Swedish and deep tissue massage to help ease everyday muscle tension and support relaxation. My goal is to provide a comfortable session shaped around your needs, with pressure adjusted through your feedback.
I joined Kinetic Health as a massage student intern in 2024 and graduated from the National Holistic Institute in September 2025. As a certified massage therapist, I have continued in Kinetic Health’s internship program, receiving hands-on training from founder Erin Brummett while building my professional experience.
My backround in judo and diving has given me an appreciation for physical activity and the demands it places on the body. I bring that interest to helping clients feel more comfortable, relaxed, and ready for their everyday activities.
