As the founder of Kinetic Health and a certified medical massage therapist, I bring extensive training and experience to individualized care for persistent pain, injury recovery, and movement limitations. My practice has included professional and Olympic athletes, clients in physically demanding careers, and people managing the lasting effects of injuries and orthopedic surgeries.
My approach integrates anatomical knowledge, Eastern bodywork traditions, and highly developed palpation skills- the ability to assess soft tissue through touch. I pay close attention to patterns of tension, tenderness, and restriction, considering how they relate to your history, symptoms, and movement.
I completed my massage therapy education at Twin Lakes College of the Healing Arts, then earned an addtional certification in Asian Bodywork at Five Branches University. I later earned my certification in orthopedic and medical massage. These foundations inform the distinctive blend of technical precision and intuitive touch I bring to my work.
I’m tenacious and resourceful when working through complex concerns. Drawing from a broad range of techniques, I continually assess tissue response and adapt my appproach throughout each session. My work is focused and often deep, with pressure, pacing, and technique guided by the individual and ongoing feedback.
